A Home Assistant dashboard toolbar with small status chips for alerts and warnings

The situation

Important statuses are easy to miss when they live inside room dashboards or separate troubleshooting views.

What I built

A card that finds entities labeled as status items and shows them as chips in the toolbar. The chips follow the dashboard: on a room’s view you see that room’s statuses, and the main view shows all of them.
