LinkedIn posts from an existing blog
The firm had a blog full of good material and no time to turn it into LinkedIn posts. Now drafts get written automatically, and a person approves each one in Teams.

The situation
They had a steady supply of good material on their own blog and a LinkedIn page that only got updated when someone found the time, which wasn’t often.
What I built, and why
More than ten connected Zapier workflows. Browse.AI checks the blog’s sitemap every week for new posts, ChatGPT drafts a LinkedIn post and an image from each one, and the draft goes to Microsoft Teams for approval. Nothing publishes until a person says yes.
When new posts are slow to come, a daily check pulls in anything not yet shared, older articles included, so the page doesn’t go quiet.
Why I did it this way
Approvals where people already are
The team lives in Teams all day, so that’s where approvals go. Asking them to check another app every morning would have been the first thing to stop happening.
Tools the client can adjust
It runs on Zapier, Zapier Tables and Browse.AI, with no custom infrastructure, so the client can see into it and change it without calling a developer.
What changed
The page posts on a steady schedule without anyone writing from scratch.
One automated post reached 57,596 impressions, and the client asked what made it work so the pipeline could produce more like it. It got reach and no conversation: zero comments.
